		<description>@coshx My point is that Mr. Dungy &lt;strong&gt;does&lt;/strong&gt; understand the importance of well-fitting shoes, and that&#039;s why he has someone responsible for ensuring that aspect of his team&#039;s success is being taken care of.Â  And I definitely hope he does trust his staff, because they are the one&#039;s helping to carry out the vision for his team.Â  You&#039;re right, if he doesn&#039;t trust his staff, he should get someone who shares his vision for a successful team.</description>
